When can I withdraw earnings?
Earnings become available after the hold period shown in your Earnings tab. Request a payout once the available balance passes the minimum.
Why is TDS deducted from my payout?
TDS is deducted as required by Indian tax law and deposited against your PAN. Add your PAN in the payout account screen so the lower rate applies; TDS certificates are shared every quarter.
What happens if I miss a request?
Unanswered requests expire automatically and the customer is not charged. After several missed requests in a row you are switched offline so customers are not kept waiting.
Can a customer see my phone number?
No. Calls run inside the app, and phone numbers, emails and links are hidden in chat for both sides.
How do I change my rates or bio?
Before approval changes apply at once. After approval, rate and profile changes are reviewed by our team, usually within a day.
