Is my chat private?
Chats are visible only to you, the astrologer and, if you raise a complaint, our support team. Phone numbers and links are blocked in chats for your safety.
Wallet
How is a consultation charged?
You pay the astrologer's per-minute rate from your wallet. Billing starts when the astrologer joins and stops the moment the session ends. The minimum balance needed is shown before you start.
Can I get a refund?
If a session had a technical problem or the astrologer was unresponsive, raise a refund request from My consultations within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your wallet.
